Garments must be returned in perfect, unused condition, unwashed, undamaged, with their tags still attached (not cut), and in their original packaging.

The item must have the tag without any tampering.

The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase.

The refund will be made to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Remember that exchanges and returns can only be made in the same country/region where the products were purchased (you must bear the shipping cost)
